Are there any experiences or information in this forum about how long the issuance of a "Zeugnis zur Genehmigungsfiktion nach §69 Abs. 5 SächsBO" takes and how demanding such a certificate is? I hope that the processing time for this is significantly shorter than for a "normal" building permit. Does anyone here perhaps even have an anonymized template? I myself have not yet found anything on the internet.

Yes, that's great. We are very relieved now. Certainly, the phone information also had its purpose, because of the 3-month period, but having something in writing to show the other parties involved (house construction company, bank, utility providers, ...) is very, very helpful. :)

The attached files are now stored twice in this forum, but I assume that in case of need, one would rather search for/suspect them under the aforementioned title and possibly find them more easily. Therefore, once again. I hope this is allowed, as I have already received two or three warnings.
