Hello,
I am not building a new house now. But I am fundamentally renovating one. (BJ 1921)
I would like to have a control system for the radiator thermostats as is common with many smart home systems, with a smartphone, tablet and/or a central control panel on the wall.

It would be important to me to have no batteries in the individual thermostats (or is the idea that bad / standby consumption due to the 230V transformation???).
At the moment I have the problem that one of the thermostats in my current apartment is constantly empty... That gets annoying over time.

Whether the whole thing is wired or not (well, electricity has to be involved) doesn’t matter to me. Although I am currently anyway grinding/hitting cable ducts.

Maybe one of you can help me or give helpful advice.
Best regards
Christian Staab

If you use Enocean based thermostats, you need neither batteries nor cables.

As a search aid, look for iTRV EnOcean from Micropelt.

ok thank you very much. Unfortunately, you probably can't buy the ITRV from Micropelt anywhere. I will look around for EnOcean thermostats.

You probably have to contact Micropelt directly for that. It will be because they are still quite new.
Be careful, some enOcean thermostats require batteries, so look closely.

Yeah, I was recently at the "Gas Wasser Schneise" fair here in Frankfurt. Ocean had about half a hall... But Micropel completely passed me by.

Can you give me an approximate price?
