Central gas heating combined with a gas stove in one party?

Hi, originally we planned to equip each apartment in our 4-family house new build with its own gas heating. But now we have moved away from that and are installing a gas central heating system. The billing will then be done for each party via heat meters. So far, so good. But today we went back to the kitchen studio and made a few changes to the kitchen planning. We wanted to mix gas and induction in the kitchen (1 apartment out of the 4). Is that even still possible? Having a separate gas meter from the utility company seems illogical to me, as I would always have to make an extra contract and pay meter rental fees... with the low consumption... it's not worth it. Would a second, own gas meter be possible then? Can it be installed in between and then the own consumption paid into the "house account" so that this consumption is deducted from the total gas costs? I’m not familiar with these heat meters either, so far we always had individual gas heating systems. I’m a bit confused right now. Best regards, Benjamin

You will need a second, calibrated meter. To keep it completely separate, a first meter for the total consumption (from which a line goes to you for the kitchen) and a second meter for the heating system.

Write down the characteristics of both options.
Induction combines electric with gas.
When induction was not yet available for the average consumer, people wanted a gas stove because it reacted faster than an electric stove.
But induction can do that now.
