Central bolt lock Weru entrance door does not lock electronically

My main front door from Weru is connected to a balter doorbell system. With this doorbell system, I can hear from inside and outside when someone rings the doorbell. Additionally, the door is equipped with an electronic locking system that allows me to open the door electronically. When I open the door electronically, all the bolts of the door should automatically retract to unlock the door and allow access. However, there is a problem: the main bolt on the door handle does not retract when I want to open the door electronically. This means that the door remains locked even when I try to open it electronically. I am not sure what the cause could be. It could be an issue with the locking mechanism or the electronic control system. One idea why all bolts except the one on the door handle retract?
