Car in Schufa? Construction loan?

Hello everyone,
we are planning to build and already have an offer that would fit within our financial framework.
Now I have applied for a Schufa self-disclosure, which we need.
My husband’s came today and unfortunately the car that we are financing is listed with the full amount.
Question: can the entry cause problems when applying for a construction loan or KfW etc.?
Does anyone have experience with this?
What is the use of obtaining a Schufa consumer report? Apparently not everything is included in it.

Well, it certainly doesn’t make things easier if you still have another (high?) loan running. But of course, it depends on the existing equity and the secure (?) income and the corresponding other expenses and the resulting difference, taking into account the repayment of the car loan. The question is also how long this would run in parallel with the mortgage loan.
