Candlestick/ Flower vase?

A few years ago at Ikea there was this candle holder/flower vase for the wall. On the wall a curved panel made of stainless steel, with a hole in it where a tealight holder/vase made of glass was placed. Does anyone know the name and if the glass part can possibly still be obtained somehow? Mine recently got broken and now the thing hangs uselessly in the living room :(.

Hm, that's really difficult. But if it's only the glass part, maybe you can replace it with something similar? With a small vase or something like that, you can probably decorate quite nicely with it. :) At least after a short research, I can't think of any product that matches the description. But I have many ideas on how it might be replaced to make the best out of it. And who knows? Sometimes it even turns out much better. ;)
