Hello dear forum community,
we have bought two "old" plots of land.
One "large" one which also includes the building window for our house and a small one next to it.
The large one is completely free of entries in the land register. However, the small one has a right of ENBW for a mast of an electrical overhead line. This itself does not bother us.
Our problem now is this. One plot is located on Street A, the other belongs to Street B. If I have understood everything correctly so far, we now have to pay for Street A when it is renovated and also for Street B. Since we own a plot in both.
Therefore, our idea was to combine the two plots. Then only Street A would apply to us. Is this still correct?
Our concern now is the line. I would suspect this easement will then be valid on both plots. Can someone confirm or refute this assumption?
I hope it is clear what I want.
If not, I will gladly try to explain it again.
