Hello,
I am new here, have read a lot and learned a lot, now I have a question.
My parents own a piece of land on which their house stands. There is still enough space for another house in the garden. If my parents now transfer a part of the land to me so that I could build, what costs would I incur?
And is it even possible to build in the garden if the normal distances to the neighbor are maintained? The access for the new building would have to go through the yard and has no direct connection to the street.
That would be it for now.
Many thanks in advance Boris
