Can curbstones be cast around the freezing point?

I would like to continue embedding my curbstones in concrete. I'm not entirely sure if I should do that around the freezing point?!

Daytime just under 2 degrees and nighttime down to -2 degrees... would that be a concern?

I would have little concern with curbstones. You can cover the work before nightfall.
