Calculation of house construction costs with software

Hello everyone, can someone recommend a tool that allows me to roughly calculate the costs I can expect for my house construction project? Preferably available for free. After entering details like object size, roof shape, number of windows, type of construction, number of floors, etc. etc., I would like to calculate costs for the individual trades. Every construction company has such a calculation tool. Is there something like this available as a stripped-down freeware version?

Are there websites that calculate with sqm prices or ranges. But of course, this only helps to a limited extent... in the end, it will be as expensive as the best offer (e).

Well, but that shouldn't be rocket science. I can't imagine that there's nothing to work through. When I look at our cost planning, "prices" are also calculated there, probably experience-based or market prices:

[*]Base plate: with sqm floor area
[*]Shell construction: with cbm total
[*]Roof: with sqm roof area

and so on...

there are simply way too many parameters for something like that to exist. every company calculates differently and according to their own principles, and it is impossible for them to disclose this. if you seriously plan to build a house, you have to visit a handful of construction companies, get quotes, discuss extras, etc... then over time you get a feel for what costs what. if you want to build with an architect, you can also meet with one and ask what the trades will cost. otherwise, there is the rule of thumb from 1500€/sqm house area (simple construction) + land + additional costs.
