Calculating the circulation pump head for a layperson in underfloor heating

I recently converted my heating system to underfloor heating. In this process, I also replaced the approximately 10-year-old Vaillant circulation pump with a Wilo Stratos Pico 1-6. The [B]Vaillant was already too old for me.[/B]
Now I would like to know how to set the delivery head optimally. Since I am not a professional, a step-by-step guide would certainly help me.

It is a two-story single-family house with about 110m² of living space. The heating system is located in the basement. I am aware that probably the Stratos Pico 1-4 would have been sufficient for my case. However, I got the 1-6 version a bit cheaper due to a wrong order.

Please note that I am an absolute layman in the field of heating construction.

Without an existing pipe network calculation and underfloor heating design, this is somewhat difficult.
Usually, only trial and error helps here, with more or less success, since the underfloor heating is also quite sluggish. The settings should preferably be made during the cold season. Assuming a proper underfloor heating design, the system temperature difference should be about 5..7 K. So adjust the delivery pressure until this is approximately reached and wait a long time until the effects (room temperatures) become noticeable.
Additionally, the operating manual also helps regarding the pump. Of course, only the installer or planner can comment on the system.
