We are currently planning a Kfw 55 house made of aerated concrete blocks, Lambda 0.08 and a thickness of 48 cm = 0.16 W/sqmK. Since controlled residential ventilation and PH are almost certain, I am leaning towards Kfw 40 /40+ because the Powerwall with 6000 € and a repayment grant of 5000 € already sounds very attractive. However, the minimum requirement for the exterior walls is 0.14 W/sqmK but the surcharge for this is a staggering 12,000 € (from Lambda 0.08 to 0.07) according to the price list on the internet :confused:o_O:mad: which of course will never pay off. But is it possibly possible to compensate for this value in the overall balance through better windows, floor, and roof insulation, or does the "minimum requirement" have to be met???
Many thanks in advance.
