Bya leather sofa: genuine or artificial leather?

Hello, can someone tell me whether the leather sofas "Bya" are made of genuine or artificial leather? Thanks!

Bya was, to my knowledge, genuine leather; from the pictures you find online it also looks more like real leather, faux leather usually has a more matte touch.

To be completely sure, only the sniff test helps; even after years you can tell if it is real or faux leather.
