Hello, I want to build in the Höxter area. I really liked a prefab house from Ästhetikhaus. Unfortunately, I cannot find any reviews about this company on the internet. Since the press repeatedly reports negative experiences with construction companies, I want to inquire in advance about the experiences that exist. Since you offer only a few models, I thought they were prefabricated houses. If they are solid houses, even better. According to the website, you mainly offer houses in the Westphalia area. I am especially interested in the Kristall model. A corresponding house is offered in Bad Driburg. However, due to the large plot of land in Bad Driburg, it is beyond my financial means.
Before I make a decision, I would therefore like to inform myself about the company beforehand.

That would be 726 sqm there. Well. While the company as a builder leaves me with a quite positive impression, I would not like the offer that apparently appealed to you. I will quote from the exposé:
The information we provide is based on statements from the seller. No guarantee or liability can be assumed for the accuracy and completeness of the information. [...] The plot of land offered here is marketed separately by one of our many land partners. The plot price is included in the stated purchase price.
In my view, the offer is only meant to make you aware of the possibility to build this house on an example plot; the example plot is concrete, but not owned by the construction company. Enter "Leerverkauf" in the forum search here, then you will find several threads where I explain this business model. And also read up on the term "Bauträger" with regard to the tax treatment of such bundled offers. Tell us something about your personal ideal house, then you can get useful tips here. What would be a plot size that would fit your budget?
