Hello dear forum members

I am relatively new here and we are currently dealing with the topic of house construction and have received a draft development plan for a building plot. Now there is a note here that made me a bit suspicious regarding the soil condition.
Quote:

Will this soil type cause problems later with the settlement of the house, etc.?

Best regards

That is told to you by your soil survey report or by the geologist of the area examined at that time.

Hello everyone

Hm, you don’t necessarily want silt under the house. Do you want a basement? If not, I would assume that the soil will be replaced. So, except for the 1.8m.

The soil investigation report always contains a foundation recommendation. What kind of graphic did you upload there? What does it refer to?

Could it be that these are only the data from the [Landes-Geo-Dienst]? Then it doesn't necessarily mean that it applies to you. For example, if you are building around the Swabian Jura, it will often be included because it can occur there overall. Jura Sea and so on... One more reason not to build without a soil survey. Especially now. And as has already been written, there is a foundation recommendation included. But don't panic, it could also be that there is nothing there at all.
