Building permit building boundary Bavaria

Evening,

I was just wondering if we can build as currently planned? The garage is a bit outside the red box but within the building boundary for the house.

Is our project possible without approval since it is within the development plan? Is approval at the discretion of the municipality/district office or basically not possible?

Should a building inquiry be submitted?

If a cutout would basically be possible, I would recommend planning away the minimal encroachment of the garage building boundary (here obviously simply possible by shifting the entire ensemble by a quarter meter). That building preliminary inquiries with the subject of exemptions would be possible is at least not known to me.

In which direction to plan away? The equipment room on the left side of the garage already extends over 2m into the window of the house.

The garage essentially stands in the window. The red area still within the building boundary is the planning proposal for the house.

It is only about the workshop that is to be built within the building boundary for the house.

How is one supposed to judge that when the planning boundaries are painted over (obscured)? What does the property look like? What does your planner say about it? Hello to the Opf.

I can't even see the plot, is that possible? I only see the building boundaries, so the building window for the house. Then the building window for the garage to some extent... but not at the top of the plan. You have to show everything there, including the plot itself.
