Building in the second row, access path 3 meters

I would like to build a house in the second row. The plot is located behind a single-family house, where my private access path is 3 meters wide alongside the single-family house and the distance to my plot is 43 meters.

Is the 3-meter access path sufficient for the construction road? What other problems could arise during the construction phase with such a narrow access?

The maximum width of a motor vehicle, and this also includes construction vehicles, is 255cm in Germany. So you have enough space on the left and right. More important is that the construction vehicles can get well into the driveway.

Yes, according to the building authority I can build there, everything is fine. But it is indeed a long access road. Which also raises the next question, whether it makes sense to lay a gas pipeline or rather use a heat pump. I think laying 43 + 4 meters of gas pipeline into the house certainly costs.
