my house 120 sqm is getting 24cm Poroton and 12cm rigid foam boards as insulation 24cm collar beam insulation and 5cm slab insulation

Is that good?

The floor slab insulation is Styrodur C rigid foam boards WLG 035
installed on a fine grading and covered with a PE film as a protective layer.
A stainless steel ring ground electrode is planned below the insulation.

Facade insulation consists of at least WLG 040 rigid foam boards, multi-layer plaster and fleece reinforcement, and top plaster, grain size 2-3 mm.
Base insulation boards in the area of the base.

Roof insulation
Between the rafters and collar beams in the developed area of the attic, a 24 cm thick mineral wool insulation WLG 035 is planned.

What does your contract say? If [KfW55] is guaranteed here, then your builder must also ensure that it fits.

How are we supposed to know that? You have only provided the bare minimum about the new building, the location of the plot regarding the sun is unknown, the technology to be installed (which is probably not little, with a 24er brick) and, and, and.

If your provider has contractually guaranteed you KfW 55, they are also obliged to comply with it. Furthermore, an external expert must be involved in the construction project; they should intervene if something is not executed correctly.

The house faces southwest from the terrace (4 floor-to-ceiling windows).
A floor heating system will be installed throughout the entire house except for the utility room.
The heating will be a gas condensing boiler with 5 sqm solar flat collectors.
