Building cost breakdown? Is that all?

Hello,
that seems a bit sparse to me and partly somewhat low prices, for example for the flooring. Our cost statement included a complete construction service description where everything was listed in detail. Is there nothing like that with you?

So my construction cost breakdown was much shorter and by far not as detailed. However, I also planned 26k EUR for sample selection surcharges. My bank wanted the outdoor facilities to be included in the offer.

Mine looked something like this: (of course nicely done)
Dummy numbers
-100,000 EUR house according to the offer from xx.xx.xxxx
-020,000 EUR waterproof basement
-200,000 EUR land
-030,000 EUR ancillary construction costs
-010,000 EUR ancillary costs from the land purchase (notary, tax)
-020,000 EUR sample selection surcharges
-380,000 EUR subtotal
+150,000 EUR equity used
+230,000 EUR loan amount
+0.00 EUR financing gap
========================

That was enough for me. Of course, you can include more individual items, but then there is a risk that your banker won’t accept some numbers (like flooring, for example). Better to be somewhat more general and then break it down again if the banker wants.
