Building application land survey

Hello everyone, when submitting a building application, a site plan of the building, garage, paths, etc. must also be included. Is it already necessary to specify the single-family house exactly at this point, or is it sufficient to represent it graphically and attach an extract from the land registry office?

I also do not understand what you are getting at. How is one supposed to graphically represent the Einfamilienhaus; especially in connection with the Katasterplan, which does not contain any heights!?

But this basically does not matter: a building application without a concrete Einfamilienhaus can be discarded right away.

If the question aims at changing the Einfamilienhaus later, one must submit an addendum to the building application including all consequences that this may entail or one gambles on a building acceptance despite a significantly altered Einfamilienhaus.

Delicate minds should, however, refrain from this.
