Building a house. What are good values for insulation?

Hello everyone,

we are currently building a house and are getting the following values for insulation:

Dach = 24 cm WLG 035

Außenwände = 18cm WLG 035

Fensterscheibe = 0,7 W/m²k

Fensterrahmen = 1,3 W/m²k

Can anyone tell me if these are good or bad values? :confused:

sorry, but do you want to buy "insulation values" or acquire/build a single-family house constructed according to the applicable standards?

These values you mentioned are part of a complex BVs - how is anyone supposed to give you reliable information based on these fragmented details?

thanks for the hint. You can probably tell that I am a total "dummy" in this area.

It is a terraced house with a flat roof. What data would be interesting in order to make a statement about whether this house is well insulated or not?
