Build permit for garage in Saxony-Anhalt – create it yourself?

I want to build a double garage, mainly by myself.
The preliminary building application has been submitted. Now I have to submit a building application and a structural analysis. The office says I can do this myself or pay about 1200 euros for a structural engineer.
I want to build the garage with brick walls and a simple wooden roof structure (shed roof).

Has anyone ever drawn something like this themselves (a sketch is sufficient according to the office) and then also submitted it themselves, or will a hobby craftsman fail with this?

I did this last year for a garage.
The biggest problem was copying the garage into the site plan 1:200.
You simply can’t draw that small. A friend who is an architect did it for me, but asked not to mention it.
All forms filled out. The garage (including ring beam) drawn from several perspectives and the dimensions added, then off to the post office. After three months and a rejection I had the approval. The rejection was strange. When I asked the responsible clerk, she first told me to look at the law. Then that I should get an architect. I then called the head of the building office, explained that I am an enthusiastic layman, an architect would be more expensive than the whole project and that it’s probably not possible to get one. He said he would talk to his employee. A week later I had the desired approval without comment.
Just do it.

You only need a [Zimmer], bricklayer or concrete construction master who signs it for you and on paper is your site manager, then the building authority can't do anything and has to approve it for you.
