Hello everyone,

when calculating my budget, I asked myself whether I should include income from my secondary activity (income from self-employment as a lecturer)?

It is about 300 euros/month (after taxes). I have had this income for over 5 years, it has been very consistent, and I expect further income in the coming years.

However, unlike the income I have as an employee, this could theoretically disappear overnight. So, what do you think?

Regards
Ralf

The question arises regarding the calculation of the presentation to the bank or one’s own considerations?

Basically, it should not and must not fail at the 300 euros, meaning if these are necessary to keep the household budget in the positive on paper, I see that rather as borderline, however, clear figures regarding the housing costs, especially the interest and repayment performance, are clearly required.
