Broker commission transfer 20/21

we notarized a purchase agreement on 21.12. The other seller parties were represented by the real estate agent and will now each carry out notarization in January with different notaries. The transfer of ownership defined in the contract is scheduled for 01.03.2021.

Does the broker's commission now have to be borne 100 percent as we signed in November 2020, or does the new legislation with 50 percent buyer and 50 percent seller apply?

As agreed in November. If you agreed on 100% back then, it remains that way. It does not depend on the conclusion of the purchase contract, but on the conclusion of a brokerage agreement.

Has the broker informed about the right of withdrawal if the contract was concluded "online"?
