Hello everyone,
Unfortunately, we had to find out today that there was some serious shoddy work done on the construction of the roof scaffolding.

As you can see, the wood is seriously damaged.
Is the ridge gap too wide?
And the screws should have been screwed into the purlin heads above the roof rafters, right?
What do you think about this?
The site manager is coming tomorrow, and I would like to discuss this with him. What is usually done in this situation? Replacement is surely no longer possible since the roof is already half finished.
The only option I see is a repair and a credit from the prefab house provider. How high should one set this in such a case?
Sorry, that was a lot of questions. I hope someone knows their way around this area or has possibly (unfortunately) had the same experiences.
I would appreciate your opinions!
Best regards
