BG BAU: Building owners' association only with building owners?

I just wanted to fill out the Bauherrenauskunft from BG Bau.

But now I came across a question:
The builders are me and my girlfriend.

Now, on the form, I can indicate one builder and a co-builder in a builder community.

Now the question:
According to BG Bau's definition, are my girlfriend and I a builder community?
Does that mean I have to also include my girlfriend in the corresponding section?

What is also a bit unclear to me are the checkmarks under point 7: Are only helpers employed in the execution of your construction project who are paid or otherwise compensated for their work? What should one tick here? They are all friends who are doing a favor and receive nothing for it.

If you both are listed in the construction contract, you are considered a joint owners' community by law; this is nothing specific to BG. So yes.

What should you check here?
They are all friends who are doing you a favor and do not get anything in return.

But the friends are "working" for you and should therefore be insured for the worst case. Indicate them and describe what they receive in return; for example, being “only” provided with meals or you work on their construction site in return or whatever you have agreed upon.
