Best decentralized ventilation for retrofitting?

I need two decentralized fans with enthalpy exchangers for my KFW 55 apartment.

I am undecided between:
- Lunos Nexxt E
- Zehnder Comfoair 70

Can someone tell me something about one of these devices?

I am also exactly wavering between these two devices. Has anyone been able to gain experience in the last 6 years that they would like to share here? For me, it's about the bedroom (16m²), living room (22m²), and children's room (9m²).
