Hello everyone,
I wanted to ask if anyone is familiar with the Bavarian Housing Program:
I am not quite clear about what is meant by the "Kinder-Zuschuss":
"Kinderzuschuss 5.000 EUR
Households with children receive a one-time grant of 5,000 euros per child. This also applies if at the time of application the birth of one or more children is expected due to an existing pregnancy."
Is this a grant that does not have to be repaid or simply an interest-free grant that must be repaid?
So:
30,000.00 loan + 5,000 per child on top and only repay 30,000.00 plus interest
or
30,000.00 loan + 5,000 per child on top and repay 30,000.00 plus interest and 5,000.00 without interest.
Many thanks in advance
