Hello,
On the plan you can see the bathroom as I have planned it. Now I have learned from the builder that the ventilation will be installed on the side wall. I have marked the location in green.
I wonder if I should still install a simple fan above the shower. I am wondering how the step should take the shower into account. The air comes in through the ventilation slot and is then directly drawn in by the step. The shower is in the blind spot, isn’t it? By the way, the drawn glass wall is 2m high, the ceiling height is 2.50m. The wall at the foot end of the shower is only 1.20m.
Should I have an extra ventilation installed? The plumber says it is unnecessary. But he can’t explain well how the shower is then ventilated.
I hope you can help me and have a good tip on how to sufficiently ventilate the bathroom.
