Hello everyone,
I bought a house and am renovating the bathroom.
The water pipes can be laid anywhere. The door still needs to be installed, so it can open either to the left or to the right.

In the attachment you will find my first plan. I think it is already optimal. If you have better ideas, feel free to share them.

I have a question about the shower. It should be 1.40 m wide and 80 cm deep. As you can see in the attachment, in my plan the shower borders the bathtub. The opening to the bathtub can remain open. But how do I install a 1.40 m glass wall with a door? Are there options for that?

I look forward to your answers.

Is the rectangular bathtub fixed or would you also consider a corner bathtub? I would try to place the toilet to the left of the door, swap the door hinge. The washbasin can then go on the bottom right wall. This way, there is more natural light at the mirror through the side window.

Just measured: 76cm. Possible but tight for a Tö (but definitely then without a privacy panel). Can you move the door?

Nothing is set yet. Moving the door is only possible by a few centimeters because there is a staircase at the entrance. What does Tö mean?

Moving the door to the right according to the plan is therefore possible?

Which cardinal direction is the window wall?

Do you like the arrangement of the bathtub and shower squeezed against the wall like that?
For such a narrow and long shower, I would rather choose access from the narrow side. You have blocked this option in your design.

Window wall northwest

I can move the door a maximum of 3 cm.

Actually, I would like to swap the bathtub and the sink. Then the shower on the long side closed with glass and leave the short side open.
Unfortunately, it all becomes too tight then.
