Bathroom planning - improvement suggestions?

Since the construction phase is slowly starting with us, we would also like to finalize the bathroom planning soon. We have already rotated the bathtub and the toilet in all directions and are no longer really making progress. Do you have any suggestions for improving the bathroom?

The bathtub could possibly be replaced by a Duravit Paiova 5. To the left of the washbasin, we currently planned a kind of mirror (mosaic).

Dimensions and explanations would be useful.

The room is 2.75m x 4.42m.

Bathtub approx. 1.8m x 1.3m.

The wish was once that the toilet should not be directly visible from the door and that one does not constantly look at it from the bathtub. However, neither appears to be the top priority now.
We would like a bit more storage space than just the base cabinet and the two small tall cabinets.
We wondered whether the view from the bathtub plays a role. Should it look into the room or can it also face a wall? Currently, it is facing the shower/door, which does not seem very appealing to us now.

And, window side measured, parapet height .. after all, you want to fit a WC there. Window movable/changeable position .. e.g. on one of the longitudinal walls? Door position movable or wall dimensions there?

The wall opening is 1.8m x 0.8m, with a parapet height of 1.32m. The exact window layout and lateral position can still be changed but must remain on this wall. The door can also be shifted sideways; currently, we have the layout 1.15m - 0.9m - 0.7m.

What is the structure at the top of the plan there?
