Hello everyone,
I have a question for the gentlemen (and ladies) of the trade:
The plumbing company that installed and mounted our bathroom components (toilet, tub, shower, etc.) charged separately in one invoice for all the drillings in the wall area.
Reason: Since floor tiles were laid on the wall and these are thicker, there is therefore a higher time expenditure when drilling the holes for the shower enclosure, washbasins.
Is something like this usual?
(According to the tiler, it is "normal" nowadays for floor tiles to be installed on walls as well)
At first glance, it sounds like a rip-off to me...
Many thanks for your feedback!
