Bathroom floor plan - looking for ideas

Hello,
we are currently renovating a restaurant and I now have to slowly start planning the bathroom on the 1st floor but I am totally clueless.
We are still quite flexible with the connections.

I would like to have a toilet, sink, shower, washing machine, dryer, possibly a urinal in the toilet.
Since the apartment does not have a guest toilet, I thought about separating that a bit.

Unfortunately, I am completely lacking ideas...

I hope someone here can support me a bit and a suitable solution can be found.

Hello, for 2 people as an apartment. Connections variable, all will be newly installed including [Fallrohr].

Why are you closing off the bathroom so much with the drywall partitions? The washing machine and dryer don't need a room within a room. When you come in, you look straight at the urinal. With the plan, if I see it correctly, you have two sinks.

The bathroom planner did it that way, I don't really like it either but, as I said, I don't have a really good idea. The wall of the urinal would not be ceiling-high. Yes, a small hand basin and a large one.

What is the sill height of the windows?
