Hello everyone!
I have an offer here for a basement for our planned single-family house (Kfw 70). I have the feeling that some of the items are priced too high. Also, I think the offered insulation measures are exaggerated. Here are some key data:
Building area: 100 sqm, building shape: square, clear shell height: 2.62m
Basement ceiling 100 sqm as filigree slab (D=18 cm): €8400
36.5 cm Poroton masonry W12: €95 per sqm (x 101 sqm)
24 cm Poroton masonry T18: €64 per sqm (x 42 sqm)
Exterior wall insulation in the earth backfill area (due to slope) 6 cm drainage boards, otherwise 6 cm ETICS with panel plaster. Cost: €7200
Floor slab insulation: approx. 25 cm glass foam gravel for approx. €4300
Is this:
1. reasonable in price?
2. necessary energy-wise for a Kfw 70?
Thank you very much for your help!
