Hello,
our house is now about 6 years old, plastered and painted in a fairly intense color (orange tone). On the weather side (this side is very exposed to the weather, as there are no trees and open fields), chipping (about 2-10 mm deep) always occurs in winter frost in the area of the base plaster, which has already been repaired several times with alleged "super plaster." It is certainly not rising damp, as the paving stones underneath have already been removed. Everything there is dry. The moisture is also not coming from the inside. Presumably (maybe someone has another idea here?) rain/snow penetrates the base plaster and causes it to chip off during frost. Is there a really recommendable protective layer / "colorless paint" or something similar?
I look forward to your tips and ideas!
