Hello,

our construction company has offered us the following air-water heat pump for the new building: Bartl Eco - 5 LCI DK 800 liter storage tank with fresh water station and a power output of 9.1 kW.

Does anyone know the supplier or this specific heating system?

Was a heating load calculation performed? Often, in new buildings - depending on the energy standard and size - small performance figures are sufficient.

Yes, at a flow temperature of 35 degrees there is an annual performance factor of 4.4 at an outside temperature of 10 degrees, 3.9 at 7 degrees, 3.3 at 2 degrees and 2.9 at minus 7 degrees. Kw around 9 for the house, Kfw 70.

But does anyone know the manufacturer?

What does the heat load calculation say now? What is your design temperature? 9 kW sounds like a lot at first, but if only 4 are left at -10 degrees, it really depends on what kind of region you live in. The values mentioned above are by no means an annual performance factor, but at most performance factor or COP values for specific conditions. Hot water, for example, significantly lowers the annual performance factor, especially when it is colder.
