Hello everyone,

are there banks that accept second lien? Unfortunately, we are tied to ING, which does not offer the KfW300 program.

I don't really believe in it, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

In an old thread, a user once recommended this:

Sell the parents and buy them back later? It all costs money, but before you have to wait for years?
At ING you can change the repayment rate online, right? How high can you set it? Maybe you can still achieve something with it and shorten the repayment period.

Is that possible?

It depends on the basic situation. Amount of financing, value of collateral, your creditworthiness, the conditions, and so on.

One could answer generally with yes, maybe, or no as well.
