Good morning everyone,
I have had the following problem for several months:
A stainless steel balcony railing was installed in the apartment below me, which logically was screwed to the balcony itself (reinforced concrete).
Now, for example, when the sun shines on it, the railing starts to move and then, due to the resulting tension (at least my assumption), makes a loud "bang" that presumably is transmitted to the masonry through the screws.
In my apartment, it sounds as if someone in the apartment below me is trying to drive a large nail into the wall with a hammer, which is of course extremely annoying.
Can anyone tell me if the tinsmith possibly botched the job here or if there is any solution to this problem?
Thanks in advance for the tips!
