Bad planning new construction T bad? Ideas? 16 sqm

we are slowly entering the final phase ☺️

However, we are not making progress with the bathroom and hope for ideas or directions. I think we are somehow stuck at the moment.

Somehow we always thought we wanted a T-bath. But the more often we look at the plan, the more doubts we get. I had already considered, also because of the light, swapping the bathtub and sink.?!

Yes, we have a large bathroom and are looking forward to it, but I don't know any other way to use the space without the T.

Anyone have an idea or a suggestion? Where the towel warmer is currently planned, the laundry chute will be installed. This is fixed and cannot be changed.

Yes, finally putting the WHOLE house up for discussion. This way it’s no good at all. Nitpicking questions are already nonsense in themselves, but as you can see, it can still be topped:

Where the towel warmer is currently planned, the laundry chute will go. That is fixed and not changeable.

Regarding the bathroom:
First, swap the toilet and shower. Right from the door towards the toilet, no privacy screen will help. Right now, there is a peep show in the shower. So swap them.
Then you can also change the T to an L and put the towel rack on the shower wall at the top.
For the rest, measurements are needed.

... Is the planning already finished? The room is quite disastrous ... 2 windows at a corner with different sill heights are not exactly a highlight.

But it doesn’t work without measurements, especially the laundry chute ... that ends in the bathroom, whereas it should rather end in the hallway corner so everyone can use it anytime. Therefore ... overall floor plan.
