Good day,

for my bachelor thesis "A guide for private builders" I am looking for people who

a) have already finished their construction
b) are currently in the middle of building
c) are in the planning phase and will start soon
d) can imagine building in the next few years.

In particular, I am dealing with the following questions:
- What does the builder want - What can they afford?
- What are the tasks of the builder?
- Who supports the builder with their tasks?
- How can the builder capture and evaluate the necessary services?
- Cost development and cost control from the builder's perspective

My bachelor thesis relates only to Germany and new construction.

I would be very happy about any responses and comments.

Maybe the occasional builder's diary will help you. You can also find many answers in the topics here. Builders in all sorts of situations keep asking your questions again and again and receive help / tips on them. These are certainly useful for you as well. Every answer would be an essay in itself if one were to answer your questions. In my opinion, they should be asked much more precisely first.

I am initially only looking for people who would be willing to answer my questions. The aforementioned questions form the rough structure. I am currently just beginning to work on the detailed questions.

And how does it work then? Because up there it reads as if you are already expecting answers.
