And commitment interest for 9 months instead of 12 months, can that be fatal or just nitpicking?

Yes, it is legitimate... but you can also just google it... It is more or less trivial... at most it will cost you 3 months of standby interest on the amount you have not drawn, which after 9 months should no longer be the full amount.
