Avoid damage to the sewage pipe

Hello, we currently have a boxed-in section in the kitchen from the bathroom above, but that completely ruins our kitchen planning. The construction company definitely does not want to move the wastewater pipe in the exterior wall. I would prefer if the boxed-in section comes down in the office, but that would be about 1 meter further back. Does anyone have an idea how much leeway there is? Or does it really have to go straight down? (Shifting walls would make the room too small.) I am curious to hear what you think.

I also wouldn’t install a drain pipe in the exterior wall – that compromises the insulation and in case of doubt is even at risk of freezing...

Presumably, the possibility to lead the drain pipe downwards in the office depends on the ceiling thickness – here it must simply be ensured that the required slope is still present.

From my own experience (self-converted attic in my parents' house), I can definitely advise against 90° bends in drain pipes (especially from a toilet). We struggled with various blockages in these two 90° bends. It only improved when we replaced each 90° bend with two 45° bends...
