Do you want to know now how much credit each user has taken out? For what purpose? And why regardless of the loan-to-value ratio?

Don't worry so much about others.... What matters is what YOU envision for your future house and what YOU can afford. It's no secret that some wealthy people and also a few "normies" are around here, so one builds their place for 200,000 and another for 700,000...

I will not write to you here about the amount of financing either. If it is supposed to be a survey for a project, label it accordingly and provide the option to respond anonymously.

If it is out of personal interest, it would be completely irrelevant to you. Because the financing amount depends on region, property size, structural measures, provider, personal wishes, equipment, plot size, equity, etc. Thus, the answers to your question would be as diverse as the stars in the sky (OK - that might be a bit exaggerated).

So the name project has merely to do with my house building project, which I have been pushing for 3 years. I am simply interested in what is written in red on average. But somehow this seems to be a taboo subject... The origin of my thought is that I personally have never in my life had "debt" or a loan and find it hard to cope with the idea of doing so even though it would not mean any "problems" for me. Nutshell probably hit the nail on the head...
