Assignment of claims, declaration of obligation, release, § 3 Broker and Developer Regulation

Hello,

we always receive assignment and exemption applications from the Sparkasse. Attached is the

assignment of claims from a declaration of commitment for exemption according to § 3 Broker and Developer Ordinance.

Can someone tell me what this is for?

It seems to me as if the Sparkasse is securing itself two or three times over.

Ask the bank .... on the internet I would obscure your personal data

Have the attachment removed by . Your personal data is there - that is not good!
