Assign trades quickly now or wait?

Hello

Lately, I have the impression that many people are starting new constructions and renovations. Inflation is also relatively high compared to previous years. Apparently, construction companies are quite busy. However, the economic forecasts paint a very different, rather bleak picture.

Do you think it is better to request and award the orders quickly now, or wait another six months? Construction is supposed to start in about 9 months.

Whoever is panic about the future should not invest in it :)

no seriously, what do you expect in the next 6 months... In 6 months nothing at all will happen, except maybe fuel prices going up, and maybe the euro needing one less mint. I don’t think 6 months is a period to worry about. We signed the work contract about 6 months ago, took out a loan agreement etc. And since then nothing has changed.... The craftsmen you casually ask still have no time, and they still cost a lot :D

I might already get some offers and use the time to compare.

Hello,

On the contrary; it was last that low in 1991!

Kind regards

[TD="class: prio3"]1.0 %

[TD="class: prio2"]1997
[TD="class: prio3"]90.0
[TD="class: prio3"]1.9 %

[TD="class: prio2"]1996
[TD="class: prio3"]88.3
[TD="class: prio3"]1.4 %

[TD="class: prio3"]2.8 %

[TD="class: prio2"]1993
[TD="class: prio3"]83.3
[TD="class: prio3"]4.4 %

[TD="class: prio2"]1992
[TD="class: prio3"]79.8
[TD="class: prio3"]5.1 %

So inflation is already rising accordingly. And there are several indications that it will continue to rise.

Hello,

The current inflation rate for May 2012 is 1.9%; in April it was still 2.1%. Don’t always see everything so negatively; it harms the quality of life :D

Kind regards
