Hello,

we have been dealing with the topic of building for some time now.

How can I calculate what I can afford?

Our financial situation is as follows:

Building savings contract (50,000€) saved with 21,000€ allocated. (30%)
Building savings contract (50,000€) saved with just under 14,000€
Building savings contract (20,000€) saved with 10,000€ allocated
Saved money amounting to 40,000€, from which we would like to keep a little bit in reserve.
Plot of land which was purchased for 32,000€ and still has just under 24,000€ borrowed on it.

A life insurance including [BU] is also available as security.

I think that is all so far.

We would like a repayment of up to 700€, as we also want to still have a bit of life, like holidays, etc.

Thank you already for your help.

With 700 euros you can roughly calculate 120,000 euros. You have to calculate the rest yourself. With all the building savings contracts, partially mortgaged land, life insurance blah blah blah no one can keep track.

Hello

we now know the equity situation. How does it look for you? Employed, how old, children, income?

Age & income are still missing ... .

Here you write about a max. €700 installment, in the other topic you write that the bank talked about a loan of €250,000-270,000 with your desired rate, that does not match! Or should the €250,000-270,000 represent the budget including equity and the land purchase price?

In addition, all data related to the building savings contract is also needed. Credit interest rate, debit interest rate of the building savings contract, interest and repayment rate, possible bonus if the loan is not accepted ... .

But building with a 700 € installment will be very difficult.
