Assessment of Meter Cabinet Offer

Hello dear forum,

we are currently in the process of finalizing our electrical planning.
For this I would need your assessment regarding the costs for the meter cabinets.
Here is what we have planned:

2 separate meter cabinets
One for the meters and fuses and the other for home automation via Loxone.
Since we will handle a lot on our own, we only ordered the fuse cabinet and the empty cabinet for Loxone from the electrician.

This is what came out:

2 x Hager ZB 54S each 1050x1400mm
3 x meter slots with special? field distributors (2x ZU54ME, 1x ZH55APZ2S)
5 x distribution fields for free use (ZU59KS)
6x FI 40A
2 x main circuit breakers 50A
27 x circuit breakers 16 A
2 x circuit breakers 32 A
3 x FI - LS 16

And whatever else needs to be in there, I’m not very familiar.
Things like cable ducts and heavy current sockets in the basement will also be installed by him.

Everything should cost just under 11k EUR.

What do you think of the offer??

Are the 11K only for the cabinets? Then I find that intense.

Why two?

Does it really have to be a 54S just for Loxone? IMHO that's a bit over the top. (Admittedly I don't know exactly what devices are planned there) But still, that's quite a lot of space.

But 11k is a bit much for just 2 cabinets.

Who put together the contents?

paid only 17,000 for the entire electrical system, and that included over 100 sockets, numerous switches, LAN, motion detectors, etc. Also with heat pump and meter. Definitely find that too expensive!
