Hello dear house building forum,

we are building a semi-detached house in Hesse; we currently have the assembly planning. I would be very happy about your opinion / your feedback on the planning. The basic floor plan is no longer up for discussion, the building application has already been approved, and the first structural engineering work has already been completed. We are still struggling a bit with "the perfect bathrooms," maybe you have some suggestions. I would also like to collect anything else you notice and take it with me to the architect during the approval of the assembly planning.

I am looking forward to your expert knowledge!

What is supposed to be installed? I am not clear on what your question is. If the floor plan is fixed, then the routing of the water supply and drainage systems is also fixed. What is supposed to be changed now?

According to this plan, construction will proceed - I still have the possibility to redesign bathroom furniture, slightly shift windows, and install non-load-bearing walls. For example, during the last correction, we noticed that sometimes the closet does not fit behind the door - so we slightly moved the room doors. And as you can see, the bathrooms still don’t fit.

Both - however, the left one is the more important / test page

Even with a solid prefabricated house, you are exotic here, and then even with the construction of an entire semi-detached house. Does "testing" mean two construction phases?
