Hello,
I am currently considering how to optimally arrange the heating system (WP Monoblock with indoor unit and separate hot water storage) in the utility room to waste as little space as possible.
I have thought of two variants. The dimensions are based on Buderus devices:
- Indoor unit with integrated 70 L buffer tank, dimensions approx. 60 × 60 × 140 cm
- Hot water storage with 290 L volume and approx. 70 cm diameter
What I am mainly unclear about is where to place the house entry point of the heat pump. This goes through the floor slab and requires a little more than 20 cm diameter to accommodate the media pipe with flow and return lines and electrical cables. I would like to place it next to the multi-utility connection.
My question:
Is it possible to run the water pipes of the entry point directly over the wall or ceiling to the indoor unit – crossing past the electrical supply line of the house – or is that too optimistic in terms of space? Or from there over the raw floor? Or directly next to the indoor unit?
Which of the two variants do you consider more sensible from your perspective?
