Are we entitled to child benefit for building?

Hello,
possibly others have already dealt with this. I believe I have checked everything so that we have a claim. In March 2020, we received the building notification ([approval within the framework of a B-plan]) from the building authority by mail. Construction then took place from July to December 2020.

My wife is pregnant and is expected to give birth in September 2021 (our first/only child).

I have now read that you are entitled to [Baukindergeld] if the following conditions are met:
1. Child present (in our case around 25.09.2021)
2. Application no later than 6 months after moving into the house (we move in on 10.04.2021, so we would have to be able to submit the application by 10.04.2021)
3. Building permit between 01.01.2018 and 31.03.2021 (in our case March 2020)
4. Our household income is below the limit of 90,000 EUR.

If we now submit the application from (planned) 26.09.2021 based on these conditions, everything should work. Or are we mistaken?

Only the building permit must be available by this deadline or the notarized purchase contract. The application can also be submitted at a later date.
